These terms govern your use of clarix.tech and any engagement with Clarix services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

Clarix provides structural diagnostic services (“Clarity Sprint”) and related consulting engagements. Specific engagement terms are governed by individual service agreements signed before work begins.

Diagnostic calls

Diagnostic calls are complimentary 30-minute sessions. They are diagnostic in nature and do not constitute a consulting engagement. No deliverables are guaranteed from a diagnostic call.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of Clarix. Diagnostic deliverables produced during a paid engagement belong to the client, as specified in the engagement agreement.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during diagnostic calls and diagnostic engagements is treated as confidential. We do not share client-identifying information without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

Clarix provides diagnostic and architectural recommendations. Implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. Clarix is not liable for business outcomes resulting from actions taken based on diagnostic deliverables.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
